where should i Buy a motorcycle?

Never been on a motocycle, a moving one anyway, but i want one very badly. What should i do to get one? Should i buy one off craigslist or go to the dealer? I want a ninja-250R since its cheap and a beginner bike as im told(for now). I dont have a class M license so i dont know if i can buy one anyway. Anyone know if i can get a bike without it in the state of texas if i go to the dealer? Cause i know you cant buy a car without a regular license.

I just turned 20, and all my friends tell me im never going to go through with it and blah, blah, blah, and the fam isnt really in favor of me gettin one cause of my pops had a accident when i was born. I've never really made a big ticket purchase this size by myself, so please let me know the best, easiest, and fastest way to get one.
also, should i just get the 250 ninja or jump to a suzuki GSX-R600 (which is what i really want)

does anyone know of a buy here/pay here motocycle dealer in georgia?

often times used car lots sell motorcycles as well and they provide in house financing. i know of one in NC and one in AL but I have yet to find one in my home state of GA.

Okay, I've noticed that in a lot of the questions that I've asked, you say that I'll need to give the Moto an oil-change after a certain amount of miles. Is this difficult to perform??? And if it is, can you go somewhere (like a dealer) and have them do it for you? (i know you'll have to pay for it)

Oh, and what brand of motorcycle do you own??? ^_^

The one I want to get is Yamaha.

Question #5:

..just got a brand new motocycle, ninja 250. so it wont start, starter wont even start?

its not the battery, full charge.. its not gas or oil or fluids, its not the clutch or killswitch.. its like theres no power even getting to the starter. help me out!
i tried calling the dealer place and theyre doing crap for me, their mechanics arent in today. so thank you thank you thank you for any help yall =]
by the way its got about 300 miles on it and this is the first problem ive had w/ it.
